After quite a few years in it's existence it's now time to let it go. After a number of software failures and massive amounts of good information lost over the years the reputation has suffered to the point that it's no longer a viable proposition to continue again. Most of the members have formed friendships with each other and have other methods of keeping in contact and supporting each other. A large percentage have their wives with them and no longer need the information that was presented although many have much experience in the hurdles now faced by some just starting out.

I did not run the forum alone, it was a combined effort of many but to name one and miss anothers name would be unfair. However one person that must be mentioned is Frank, it has always been he that was the driving force behind the forum in content and information. The forum would never have originally begun had it not been for him (and Sly) who was with us in the beginning. Thank you my friend!
Thank you to all Moderators and members for all your hard work over the years along with the tears, fears and frustrations. Your contributions helped a lot of people find their way, so take pride in that fact that for a couple of years you made a difference for a lot of people and made some friends along the way.

Well that's about it, suffice to say that the static website will remain up as it still has some vaild info. We kept our promise made to members to remain free of charges for membership and we helped a few people along the way. I suppose I should remain gracious for the entire farewell on this page and not be petty but as it no longer matters and this is my own opinion .........
Josh-Blueyankee-JimPing or whatever you call yourself now on the internet, I stand by my statement you ARE a silly old fart, who, if had of followed the advice of your lawyer and not your perceived ideas of your rights would have by now had a visa granted for your wife. She is a lovely lady who proves the point that Chinese women stand by their man regardless of how foolsih he is.
